What is the best paint job?

The key to all paint jobs is surface preparation and choosing the correct products for the given situation. The question relates back to what are you trying to achieve with your surface? New color, New look, Resurfacing, Refurbishing, long lasting protection from the elements or kid-proof. The more hours spent properly preparing the surface the better your chances of long lasting beauty. Products, did I mention products? Quality products produce quality results. The most important key to a great paint job is that it holds up to the purpose in which you intended it to.

What do I have to do to get ready for painters?

• For interior painting, it is recommended that you move personal belongings such as family heirlooms, fragile decorative pieces, artwork, knick- knacks and draperies. We will be happy to figure moving all of the furniture necessary to perform the work contracted in specific rooms or areas. We want to make this a painless project for you.
• For exterior painting our professionals will take care of all preparation including protecting your outdoor furniture and shrubbery. We recommend that you have all over grown trees and shrubbery properly trimmed away from the house, so we can have access to paint. If you store any large items or cords of wood adjacent to your home, we ask that you please move them at least six feet away from areas to be painted. We can provide these services for you, however extra charges do apply.

Is your work warranted?

Yes! And we put that in writing. We will issue a certificate of warranty with each job, however; your best warranty of all is to hire a reputable and professional contractor that has a proven track record. A list of references and certificates of insurance will be provided upon request.

Will I have to be home when the work is being performed?

Only if you would like to be, but it is not necessary. We have completed many jobs while customers or homeowners were out of town or on vacation during the whole process. Again, we would be happy to supply a list of references. With a proven track record and reputation preceding us and full coverage insurance, we hope you might rest assured. We will not take your confidence in us for granted.

Do we furnish the materials for our job?

We prefer to use the products and the manufacturers that we have tested tried and proven to be reliable. We buy our products in quantities to ensure the lowest price. Even with our normal mark up, we can typically provide materials for much less than the average homeowner, however if you would like to purchase your own products we will be happy to figure our estimate accordingly.

Do you leave touch up paint?

Yes! All leftover paint purchased specifically for your job is left with you. Each can is properly labeled and marked for your convenience.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured. We will provide a copy to you with your name and address printed directly on the certificate.
