We first start with a complete power wash of the surface areas to be painted, scrub and then rinse to remove dirt, debris and chalk. Then we perform all pacthing, caulking or repair that may be needed, followed by masking and covering all areas not to be painted, then we prime all areas as needed, and follow up with a 2 coats of top quality paint, with 100's of colors to choice from.
