Monthly drawing for a 10 X 12 room or smaller walls only, no ceilings, trim, or doors. Minor drywall repairs included 1/2 hr or less. Spot priming of repaired areas only. Job must be scheduled within 4 weeks of wining contest,if not scheduled within 4 weeks contest will be voided. Chem Dry of Lakeshore will supply 3 rooms of carpets cleaned and sanitized. Rooms to be carpet cleaned to be no larger than 10x10 or surface area not to exceed 300 sf. No stairs or furniture included, carpet floors only.Heavy staining may require additional costs to clean. Labor, paint and materials supplied by Eason Painting Inc and ChemDry of Lakeshore. Contest Ends December 31, 2009. Colors and finish of choice 2 coats of paint total, contest does not included painting of deep base colors. All Materials to be purchased at Sherwin Williams and colors to be chosen from Sherwin Williams Color Pallet.
